i'm actually surprised this Vegas date is happening. Misfits said that the LA show would be the only show they play for the rest of the year, so I think that was a big selling point for a lot of people who paid a buttload for tickets, haha. Kind of a shitty of the Misfits to market it like that, and then announce another show, haha.

I’m really regretting not buying the past lives boxset. Also been on the search for Remains on vinyl.

That’s awesome. I’m jealous. I remember Hot Topic selling remains on vinyl back in the day when vinyls weren’t that cool haha.

My most prized possession is the heavens record on vinyl since it only ever had one limited pressing.

They are all xerox copies that were used to make shirts directly from and are all featured in the Black&White&Red Allover book I did a few years ago that is out of print now, all hand cut/glue stuck together, hand colored with sharpies, some of them are missing letters, some of them have creases, but they are so cool to see because you can see each skull I cut out and how very handmade they are. The comments on their FB posts have gotten so negative regarding Matt being in Blink. I mean, I want him to devote a lot of time to Trio again, don't get me wrong, but jeez.

 

I had to leave the Alkaline Trio Fans group, I'm not about to get even a glance at public facebook comments lol

 

I left that group too. It was awful. I don't know why I thought looking at comments was a good idea. Lesson learned haha.

 

Is it bad that every time I see a new post in this thread I think it's either going to be about them announcing they're breaking up/taking an indefinite hiatus or that they have new music coming out soon. Talk about extremes.
