Radio Violence was great. Gotta listen to the lyrics again though. HOLY SHIT SMOKESTACK IS AN OLD SOLO SONG DAN PLAYED REWORKED HOLY SHIT
Omg i used to fucking love listening to the bootleg of this song. Pretty sure it's from the Milky Christmas show. Hold on.
Alright, so, soemwhat weird but...it's not on youtube anywhere, but if you go to make an instagram story and add a song to it, and search "Dan Andriano Live", the bootleg recording of the "original" Smokestack is called "You Changed My Life (live)" on there. Don't know if that means it's on streaming services somewhere but I'm 99% sure it's from the A Very Milky Christmas concert. I downloaded that bootleg and listened to that song a lot even though it was really more like a fragment of a song. So happy he turned it into a full song. Tehre's a few other gems from his early solo touring days that would probably be great songs now.
Man, I really needed this, especially from Dan. I hope he gets bored in quarantine and just records a whole bunch of shit and puts it out.

Nice! I own the blu ray but I dont have a disc drive in my laptop so I always wanted to view em on my laptop. Dan was sick which makes him sound more raspy and on the older songs it sounds awesome.
Watching him in any live video is insane, dude has like perfect timing. But these definitely are a showcase. Thats why so many questions get thrown at this band about him. We fuggin love Derek.
He plays with such finesse, I love how he adds little things to the songs, I definitely see why Matt has always said Derek saved the band.
It's good to have some more good quality recordings of Alk3. Matt's voice is a bit all over the place though, but then again his voice in a live setting never has been note for note in key. That's one thing that really let them down when they released Crimson, at least I thought. The record sounds huge, and layered, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy it, but the band have never been able to do it justice live. What's everyone else's take on that record?
Love it. Some days it’s a little overproduced for me, mostly in a “can’t play it live” way and i dont think glossy Trio is their strongest mode, but there’s a lotta great songs so whatever. Time To Waste is one of Skiba’s best melodies and Smoke is one of my favorite Dan songs
Hey, does anybody have the Bonus Disc 2 of "Agony & Irony" and the iTunes Bonus Track "In My Stomach" that they could send me? Was never released digitally in the UK, can't find them anywhere.
