Idk if it’s often discussed in this thread but the production on Agony & Irony is fantastic. It’s probably the best sounding record of theirs. Especially with how much is going on in that album.

 

I was going to say it's such a polished and smooth sounding album. You can pretty much hear every detail.

 

Yeah. One of the things that make me love the album even more. My favorite for sure.

 

Gonna be jamming to this a lot until Past Live releases. Threw together a live album of ripped audio from professionally recorded performances. Theres a lot of Matt on this haha. Gonna keep adding. But this is good for now.

 

Digital download cards are coming with the past live records.

 

That is great news because while I can't afford the vinyl I will definitely listen to the albums

Ordered the Blu Ray. Thought about Infirmary but I'm not a big vinyl guy and 40 total is just too much for me lol. Hopefully we can buy the albums digitally cause I would def pick up some then.

 

Definitely ordering the Blu-ray when I get paid on Friday. It’s going to be so much fun watching all of those shows.

 

I would be really surprised if you couldn’t buy them digitially since they announced the vinyls come with a digital code. They would be leaving a lot of money on the table if they didn’t offer them digitially.

 

Why didn't they superimpose a picture of Derek over Mike on the FHTI cover?

 

I hope they include some extra songs on the dvd as bonus footage. Like 97 and Warbrain

 

Yeah me too! They did one encore song each night after performing the two albums. Warbrain, My Friend Peter, Hell Yes, and '97. I hope those make the Blu-ray.

 

They played one song as an encore each night, sure the played Warbrain on the 1st night, My Friend Peter on the 2nd then 97 and Hell Yes the last two night, can’t remember which order for those two though. Hopefully it’s included on the dvd.

 

I don't see why it wouldn't be included.

 

At least we know this was filmed.

 

This aims to be the best $315 I ever spent. My warrior blood is just boiling with excitement to get this. I may even take a break from training with Kakarot the day it comes.

 

Mike Felumlee is selling his snare drum from FHTI, he posted about it on the Alkaline Trio Fans FB page. It's at 700 now. Ugh I want it lol

 

Trio is playing Self Help fest with ADTR in Cali.

 

I want to slap whoever deleted the Crimson/Good Mourning Past Live stream from youtube. I bet that footage will be used for the DVD.

 

They confirmed today on Facebook the encore songs are not being released. Only true tracklistings.

They did say they would try and get them out at some point.

 

Yeah the encore tracks don't bother me. There are professional live recordings out there already of all the songs that guy was asking for anyways

 

Any mention about releasing CDs or digital audio besides the codes that come with the records?
