Merch game very strong. I want so much of it lol Also I saw something about them having signed posters like 15 per date? Anyone know how much?
No clue how I missed the post above but I'm pumped Ogikubo Station got added to the Buffalo date this Saturday. I used to be a big fan of Mixtapes so I'm excited to hear what her new project sounds like!
Last night was tight. I started writing reviews for my friends small site. They edited the first and second paragraph so it’s slight redudnemt but check it out if you feel like it: https://www.northcoastmusicbeat.com/alkaline-trio-review I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t. I feel like -ACA posting this.
Whatttt? Who was playing drums? Admitadly I’m not a huge fan so I didn’t notice. Now I feel really dumb, haha. I saw him on setlist.fm and I commented -ACA!!! He didn’t responded. He hated me. Haha
Haha, it’s not a big deal! Jarrod Alexander is filling in. I was toward the back and I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t seen a couple people here mention it :)
Saw this tonight in Buffalo and it was so so so good. Most fun I’ve had at a show in a minute. Skiba also shouted out Keith from ETID and dedicated “Sadie” to him.
Trio was incredible and Together Pangea really blew me away after never hearing of them. Amazing show
Show last night was as awesome as expected. Matt never once mentioned John Waters, which is weird because he name drops that guy every single time he comes to town (back in 2006 when I saw Heavens he was DESTROYED, so it’s good he’s sober now)
Just got home from the Philly show. All 3 bands were great and I got to meet Mike Park. Cool guy for sure.
Philly show was great. before the encore someone lost their ID and we were all looking for it and one of Skiba’s picks was on the ground so i grabbed it lol
The Boston show was fantastic. Both Dan and Matt sounded great, and it was a nice change of pace to have a Dan-led song heavy set.
Thought the show was excellent, wasn't ready for Alkaline Trio's set to be over. Hopefully the new album means more touring.
Poor Skeebs lost his voice! For the most part it still sounded fantastic but it was noticeable in some songs (Radio, Is This Thing Cursed?). Overall an amazing set from them but unfortunately I wasn't into either of the openers at all. Cool that the dude from Okikubo Station started Asian Man Records.....didn't know that.
