I got in touch with Spotify last year because they'd messed up a Death By Stereo album and cut out a track (despite the fact that when I listened to it growing up the album had been intact) meaning all the subsequent songs on the album were labelled incorrectly...go figure. They got back to me within a couple of days. This one might be harder to prove but I'd recommend giving it a go:
