With how crazy Matt’s schedule has been for the past few years I’m surprised he goes out after shows at all

 

Iam surprised he's even alive haha

 

At the Sayreville show Matt was talking to fans in the front row for about 10 minutes after the set, shaking hands, all that stuff. Dude literally could not wait to say hi to everyone.

 

When Mark and Travis come out after the show for free let me know

 

Jessus Christ people calm down. All's I said was Dan came off annoyed that he left right away. I wasn't pissed or anything. I'm a Dan guy so last night was a success for me.

 

You sure don’t seem mad.

 

They did at one of the Untitled shows in LA in 2013. Only Tom left without saying anything to the crowd.

 

Total Tom move.

 

On a bright note, Dan said on the second of the tour they may open up with Cursed.

 

I don't think anybody's attacking you. You just reported what happened pretty straightforward lol. @TheJMan wondered after that if things weren't great (not attacking him either cause that was a mild take as far as the Trio fanbase go) but mostly outside of this group I've never seen people jump to more conclusions based on if Matt smiled or not, talked or not, said hello or not, it's like people can't wait for things to fall apart lol

 

Did Matt look like he wanted to be there though

 

Everyone is on Matt's ass and it's rather annoying. Like last night security just assumed everyone was waiting for Matt and I'm like you know there's this guy who is absolutely awesome at playing bass we'd like to see.

 

People just need to chill all around lol. Saw one girl post how pissed she was that Matt didn't acknowledge her before a show and she was so mad she didn't buy merch. ...her greeting was yelling "I KNOW YOU" at him. Like the fuck do you want him to do with that lol

 

Shout back "No you don't!" and keep walking.

 

I saw Tre Cool at the airport once. I said "Hi Tre" and asked him for a picture. He then said "No and my names not Tre"....True rockstar.

It was totally him. He was on the move though, but he turned around and smiled really big as he walked away. It was cool.

 

Oh I saw that, I couldn't help be a dick to her about it because it annoyed me.

 

Yea that’s just a super weird way to greet someone and expect a normal response.

 

Should have yelled that you knew him really loud. I hear that’s how you get their attention

 

I certainly wasn’t attacking anyone or trying to start something up either. I thought it was odd that Dan would feel the need to apologize for Matt not sticking around and then seemed frustrated when asked when they would be back to I believe it was Philly again. The whole report and reactions by Dan just seemed strange to me.

 

Nah you're cool. I just don't read too much into things haha. I know some people want to get to the bottom of things and whatnot. I've lost my curious nature due to being burnt out on some of the bitching and assumptions I see from a lot of fans the last few years. All I care is I have new Trio in my ears in 11 days and I don't really worry about the future at this point lol

 

Also She Took Him To The Lake was such a highlight for me Sunday.
