I've been listening to the band a lot in general recently, and the new songs being at the top of their Spotify page isn't helping lol

 

Same, I'm going through a rough break up right now so it's been basically non stop Trio lol

I personally think it comes across as slightly awkward like Dan sort of understands how the phrase should be used but not 100% on it. Maybe just because I've literally never heard it said "about tits up", and I don't understand the metaphor in the context of a boat?

 

Something cool happened today! One of my coworkers has been striking up Trio talk with me for the past few weeks since I wore a shirt to work. She told me she had a record from a while back that she didn't know what to do with since she never collected and today she brought it in for me and just gave me it! Very cool

 

I highly regret not buying that record when I stumbled across it a couple of years ago. I don’t know what I was thinking.

I'm getting more and more excited to finally hear "Warbrain" live tonight. It's gonna be like when I first heard "The Crowing" from Coheed live. It was magical.

The more I keep listening to Is This Thing Cursed ? I keep getting goose bumps.

 

It's just like a perfect mix of everything Trio is great at

 

And to think they were in the studio for only 3 months is pretty wild.

 

Just got out of the Royal Oak show. T-shirt is completely soaking wet. 10/10. Would always.

 

What time did they go on ?

 

Doors were at 6. Went on at 9.

 

Did they play another new tune tonight ? Only asking because a video popped up.

 

Can’t wait to spend way too much money at the merch table and bar tomorrow

 

Is there no love for My Shame is True? I truly loved that album and don’t see a huge departure from that on the two new songs, but everyone loves those and keeps talking about crimson and this addiction? Don’t get it.
