I love how I go to the ticket page for my show and it says $36 - reasonable. Then I go through the checkout process and the GA ticket price is actually $78 before fees, making it $92 total. If this is the new normal, yikes.
I like how there’s still convenience fees even though there’s no other way to buy tickets. However I did get a ticket for tomorrow and only paid $39 after all fees and taxes
If there’s a show I wanna go to now I just wait till the day of to find someone desperate to off load theirs
I hate the current state of tickets so much, I usually do the same as Drew, I've mostly just given up on caring about on sale dates and just check how the resale market is when we get closer
Man, Teenage Heart is such a good song/closer. for some reason it gives me such a melancholic/almost anxious vibe. Between the lyrical content being relevant for today’s world and the vocal delivery (especially Dan’s) it’s chefs kiss
It is my go to album for when i take a flight somewhere, one of my all time faves, would love a repress-- but i doubt it.
It’s a perfect closer. It gives me chills every single time and the lyrics make my heart ache (no pun intended).
They were awesome last night, was really surprised by all the deep cuts in the set. Bummed we got cut 2 songs but seeing them again next week so hopefully those get thrown back in! New songs sounded great and Atom continues to crush
Yeah it was still a great show but I was excited to hear Teenage Heart live and bummed All on Black got cut. they messed up Bad Time intro it was funny. Had to start over twice, got it right on the third time.
Yeah and went solo of all things all the way from SA. I guess they ended up pulling out more shirts because I was able to get an XL when I went back. Which kinda works, I’m kinda between a large and an xl. But it was an awesome show and surprisingly my first time seeing them but I love this record so much I had to go even if it was last minute and alone
Same story for me. Found them on the Atticus comp and bought Good Mourning. Have been to probably 200-300 shows since then and never caught them somehow despite loving most of their discography. They were a "unicorn" band for me. Same thing with Sum 41 and I get too mark them off this year too
