I only listened to the leak once, but I can honestly say this is some of the bands best material

 

I found myself motivated to do a discography listen today and man, it’s been way too long since I’ve listened to them.

 

Break may be the perfect Trio song. The bridge all the way through to the end is goosebumps for me. Album is blowing me away

 

Got a first listen in. The instrumentals on this record are so fucking good! The non-singles that jumped out at me themost were: Scars, Shake With Me, Broken Down In A Time Machine.

Can’t wait to dig in more while I work tomorrow. My show on 3/16 cannot come soon enough.

Hell yes. I love this band.

 

Shake With Me gives me pure Hoppus vibes. Especially the pre chorus vocal melody.

 

Shake With Me,Break,Eyeballs,Bad Time and Teenage Heart are all hits!

I saw that too! He never left nor was ever really full time with the 100000 side projects he does?

 

Definitely can’t think of any bands he was a part of that put Alkaline Trio on the back-burner. Stumped.

 

Waiting to finish up the new Sunny Day Real Estate song before jumping into this. Super excited.

 

Yeah this thing is really a triumph for them! So happy they were able to bounce back so well after the blink saga. Making a point to see them on this tour for sure!

 

just feel like it’s odd that’s the only point they make about the album. Skiba never left

 

I know i’m just messing around lol. There’s a million better things they could have said. Although I do wonder how much of this push is based on blink’s success and the hope that some people follow him over to A3 now. If I remember correctly though, ITTC? didn’t do too great.

 

Rise just seems to be doing a great job with them. And he was in blink when Cursed came out so I definitely don't think they did as much cause of that. No full fledged music video either

 

I don't think it was as dramatic as 'saga'. Matt helped his buddies out for a few years and had lots of fun doing so.

We even got a Trio album during his Blink run.

 

So, I get a little emotional when I hear Broken Down In A Time Machine because it honestly just reminds of all the memories growing up with this band. It’s a classic Danny throwback

 

Uh yeah this is their best album in nearly 20 years. Wow

 

Teenage Heart is stupid catchy.

 

They've been crushing the promotion on this one too. Already 3 music videos. Cursed didn't have any. I think that was mainly cuz Derek was out and not touring with them and they probably didn't wanna do videos without them and didn't wanna do videos with Jarrod Alexander since people would think he was the replacement, so they just toured it.
