no clue where this is going, but everything from episode 3 intrigued me. really excited to see the rest of the season

 

Set design is too good. Liked this way more than the first 2. Besides that one scene with the 2 boys there wasn’t a ton of kid nonsense.

 

Man that was excellent. Also after TOOL last week we got the Metallica needle drop. The eye monster definitely aided cyborg baddie in the research vessel outbreak. I remember the one scientist looking at it strangely when they all went to sleep. Now the prodigy girl is all upset after it tried to get at her. My prediction is she lets it loose or the rest of the subjects loose.

 

I don’t know if I should have started this without being up on Alien lore. Like I only saw the original the day before the premiere. I saw Prometheus in theaters but my understanding is that’s not really going to come into play here. So I know nothing about these corporations or why they want the aliens. But I’m enjoying so far

 

This was a damn good episode. SO MUCH HAPPENING.

 

Superb running form by Sydney Chandler. Giving Tom Cruise a run for his money!

 

laughed pretty hard at "are you the parent?" and the two synths immediately went and hid behind Olyphant

still don't know if I care that much about all the Prodigy stuff and this was definitely the worst Xeno onscreen apart from the CGI Covenant one, but it's a well done and well acted show. the guy playing Morrow is amazing

 

I don’t know why but I kinda like when the Xenomorph is very clearly just some guy in a suit

I did kinda like the shot where it’s peaking in the meat truck.

 

Big fan of the use of practical effects in this. Especially liked the scene of them opening up the egg and dissecting the facehugger.

 

I love how this episode got into how existentially fucked up the Lost Boys are from what got done to them, stuff with them is just gonna get darker.

I am mad we didn't get to actually see Wendy decapitate the Xeno with her sword that would have been sick.

 

pretty much all the gore in this happening offscreen so far is a bummer

 

Disney, to this show’s music budget.

 

This was a nice drop in E3

 

I always find it so incredible that this is what the guitarist for Tonic does on the side.

 

If you could only see the way he has other range

 

yeah he’s done a bunch of the fx shows

 

I couldn’t be more in love with this show.

 

Didn’t realize the actress that plays Wendy is a nepo baby. They’re everywhere!

 

And finally realized the main scientist dude at prodigy was the dad in the last season of Fargo
