Yeah idk why I said it so matter of fact. lol But that's what I saw right away so I'm sticking with it.

This is the most vague description of an Alien premise possible lol

 

i appreciate it. i want to go in as blind as possible.

I also haven't seen anything actually setting it on Earth aside from the posters? Lol. Does it make sense to set it on Earth as a prequel? Wouldn't there be knowledge of the xenos before the first film if that was the case?

 

I suppose it could be leaning into the idea that The Company knew they were out there and it wasn't a coincidence where the Nostromo was sent

 

Also willing to bet the Xenos landing on earth might have something to do with what David (the android played by Michael Fassbender, not you) does at the ending of Covenant.
