Legacy bands are truly incapable of making merch that doesn’t honk…just re-print your classic designs and let the money flow. Might have to pick up the vinyl soon

 

Can’t get God Am’s main riff out of my head this week, so much fun to play too. I was never huge on self-titled until recently, mostly due to how subdued the vocals are compared to Dirt and Facelift but it is really clicking recently. Such a haunting album.

 

Hot take: S/T is their masterpiece.

I have so much goddamn respect for a band at their level of commercial success at that time doing something so twisted and strange. The production is flawless. It's just about perfect.

 

Been on a big S/T kick myself recently

this album should be held in the same reverence as In Utero

 

it's their best album and Shame in You their best song

 

Facelift is the one I think gets overlooked. So great

what a band.

 

Best and most original of the Seattle grunge bands. In my opinion

 

Nothin’ Song is so fucking good. Thank you Jerry Cantrell for getting me out of my guitar playing rut.
