I’ll be honest... after one listen, I already prefer this to Familiar Drugs. I really like that one too, but this has more of the “classic AOF sound” to me, and instantly put the biggest grin on my face.

 

This fucks. This slaps. Bust most importantly: this cums.

 

I think I like this more than Familiar Drugs as well(which I love), it gives me heavy Crisis vibes(the best album imo) and just utilizes all 3 vocalists so well. Hits more immediate then FD did.

 

Was also gonna say it reminds me of Crisis!! If their new stuff ends up spanning the range of all their past work, plus some new, I’ll be very happy.

I listened to Familiar Drugs and then Complicit and it actually transitions quite smoothly. Also this songs going to slay live in June!

it's pretty good, much like Familiar Drugs was pretty good, but neither are worldbeaters and I just hate the mixing. really hope they get remixed if they make an album
