didn't love it honestly but it's still good, last 30 seconds definitely slaps

 

also sounds like it transitions into another song so that's a point for the album theory

Honestly them picking up where Dog's Blood left off wasn't really what I expected. But I'm glad they did!

I hope the album isn't a long wait.

 

I was really hoping they would pick up from where Dog's Blood left off, but I don't think this single quite does. a lot more linear and repetitive songwriting than Dog's Blood where shit was constantly changing up

 

It has to be out soon. I can't handle waiting until May or June.

 

Fair enough. I guess I mostly meant in terms of the instrumentation/guitar tone.

 

It seems like a mix of Dog's Blood tone with OC/YC songwriting. Not sure how I feel about it. But it's good to have them back.

yeah, agreed with all this. it sounds great I just wish it wasn't 3/4ths repeating the same few lines, I guess

 

This is an extremely late realization, but the S/T album is actually a LOT better than I remembered it. I'm enjoying the fuck out of this listen right now.

 

I love this and I love them. The only thing this band has ever done to disappoint me is break up.

 

S/T is an absolute banger.

 

One listen should be enough to satiate me for a day. (Probably not)

I like it a lot. So excited for tomorrow.
