Nice! 202 is definitely the best seated area. By the time I got through the queue, the only place I could get 4 for me and my friends was near the back of 201, so I went with those.
I wonder what the sales/economics look like for this album. I've seen mixed reaction to it and it makes sense as they've really switched up their sound here. That said, being a fan of Alexisonfire's old sound is already niche enough. If only a portion of the fanbase likes this new sound, really curious if they sold enough to make this album worth it from a financial POV.
Forgot about this haha! They played World Stops Turning live in Toronto for the first time ever and it was unreal.
There is NOTHING like seeing this band live in Toronto, its crazy. If you ever get the chance, do it.
Totally, I saw em in June of 2019 there and this topped it. This ones better quality. The guy uploaded half the concert. Check it out :)
Had to sell my ticket for half face value for that show the other night , sucks for me but good for someone haha. Couldn’t deal with getting home late and then driving to Pittsburgh for t-swift the next day. Too old for this Shit!
blasting this in an ace hardware parking lot with all the doors open as i’m cleaning out the interior of my car and it’s hitting like never before
The way I’m choosing to believe why the quality of the live album is bad is because they wanted it to be like a bootleg similar to the Mike Millard method.
But the album rips. Can’t believe it’s two years since Otherness came out. I will always follow this band.
Seeing them open for blink in the skydome in Toronto was unreal, especially ending the set with Dog’s Blood. Just kept remembering seeing them in a 150 cap shithole bar in Buffalo in 2003. The glow up is real.
Alexisonfire - Death Letter (single) [September 27th] I’m guessing this will be acoustic like the EP of the same name, not sure though
