    Anyone in the UK Alex is supporting The Regrettes on tour in March. Saw her headline tour over here last year and it was my favourite gig of the year.

    Gave a few listens so far. I think this is the first thing she’s done that I haven’t loved and loved immediately. “Misery Guts” showed Alex can write fired up very effectively, but the lyrics & sound of this track feel so well-trodden by artists prior that in 2020 I just feel bored. Hoping this musical style is a one-off thing and not an indication of the next release.
