hey everyone, if you’re a fan of what Turnover, Title Fight, Citizen, Turnstile, Hundredth did challenging the conventions of pop-punk/hardcore I highly recommend you check this record out. It’s a fusion of pop-punk, gaze, classic rock, but more than just listening off endless genres it’s just a soulful rock record.

    Insane release day!

My band To The Sky put out our debut EP “Breathing Patterns” today as well. Space Rock / Anthemic Rock vibes. Add it to your lists and give it a spin if that’s your jam!

MONO is currently blowing me away on first listen. 22 years on and they still have the ability to stop me in my tracks and feel my heart flutter. Their consistency in putting out exceptional cinematic post-rock is utterly bewildering.

I'm then going to listen to Thrice with a beer and zero distractions later this evening. Every Thrice album is a blessing. Been listening to them since 2001 so it always feels like a huge occasion when a new album drops.

Mixed feelings on the Real Friends EP. Cody does great but I do really miss hearing Dan. I will say the Postal Service vibes on the alternative version of Remedy for Reality were very cool.

Thrice is such a killer record!

If you’re into uplifting synth pop rock, be sure to check out January Jane and their new EP “Your Drug” that dropped today.

I also plan to write about the new YMAEWK album by early next week.

    Rock on, you maniacs!
