Failure ep The Black Queen has a new song out (finally) I'll have to listen to a lot of the stuff above
That Jungle record is amaaaaaaazing. Catch this band live if you can, I'm not sure I've heard a better sounding band live. New Thrice is excellent as well.
Incredibly excited for the new Thrice, although depending on how long I have to wait for the vinyl pre-order to arrive, I'd prefer to wait to have that. Speaking of which, when is that expected? Like others, am stoked for the new WWPJ too! Otherwise I'll probably be pretty focused trying to nail down my wedding playlist - with only 2 weeks left to get it ready.
William Ryan Key also released a new single (acoustic based, but more instrumentation behind it this time around) too!
I'm really digging the new Good Charlotte release, but I wish it was longer. I really hope that 9 songs (which is really 8 songs + an intro) doesn't become a standard. I like my albums at ~40 minutes not ~30 minutes. That's the only new album I've listened to thus far today.
Thanks for mentioning the new Gundersen song, didn’t know that came out today! I got goosebumps within 30 seconds. He is ridiculously talented!

Ok, after an undistracted listen of Palms, i'm not nearly as down on it is I was before...actually enjoying it, and feel that it'll get stronger with each listen. Thrice has changed a LOT in the last few albums, and I'd have to put this one right behind To Be Everywhere...but miles ahead of Major/Minor.

Check out Emma Ruth Rundle! And you might be into this too, post-rock band from the East Coast formerly known as Bombardier:
Didn't even know Steven Page's new record was coming out!! What a pleasant Friday surprise. Too bad I'll be too busy binging Bojack Horseman to listen to it.
After the crappy last two weeks, thank goodness I finally have some new music to listen to and absorb! Thrice Good Charlotte Noname Aphex Twin Dilly Dally Monster Truck (yes yes, I love me some butt rock) We Were Promised Jetpacks With that amount, that's plenty to make up for the past couple weeks, last new albums I listened to were the new Alice in Chains and Interpol albums.
