Mainly Knuckle Puck and The Front Bottoms for me. Will get around to St. Vincent and Beck sometime this weekend.

 

Gang of Youths is finally on Spotify as well. 3 songs in and it is incredible.

 

It's been on there since August I'm pretty sure. I've heard it for weeks at least. Is there something new already?

 

I think it has only just been released in the UK hence it just coming onto Spotify for me. Didn't know it was on the US one before. It is an incredible album though. I reckon this will be my AOTY. Such an incredible voice and a lyrical genuis.

 

St Vincent is the only thing for me this week

 

Ah ok. That makes sense. Yea it's a great album.

 

I'm mostly checking out what everyone else said (KP, TFB, SV, IC, KK, Beck, ROAM), but I think I'll need to add Gang of Youths and dvsn to the list. Never heard of either before!

Also, I highly recommend the new Kurt Vile + Courtney Barnett record. Them together is just as magical as you'd expect.

Stars is easily the best album out today.

 

As someone who didn't like the last Front Bottoms effort, I love this new album. Almost reminds me of Twenty One Pilots a little bit.

 

St. Vincent, Robert Plant, Wu Tang, Transplants. Would like to hear that Corgan album too. And I loved the last Stars record. So much stuff!
