Is there any official info on that Caravela album? That's what I asked before as well, seeing as I've only stumbled upon a date for their release show, but not for the release ;d

Release My Mind, My Garden Grows

Not sure how official this is but they retweeted this article when they dropped the single, which did mention at the bottom that it would be out today. Shows the tracklisting and artwork too which both arent even on their own bandcamp page atm:

Track Premiere: Caravela – "The Knife" - The Alternative

Thanks, oh yeah I've seen this very article, didn't catch the date - seems weird, hopefully they'll have it out there sooner or later.

I'm jumping on all the Bright Eyes companion EPs now, so there's still a lot to listen to today.

Awesome, thank you! Currently I'm still on those Bright Eyes EPs hahh, that's a lot of material (I'm also relistening to the ones that had already been out prior to today's releases). Then I'm jumping on Caravela, that's good!

Sophie Cates just released her new EP Basement Party. Her song Cardigan is really catchy.

Also, Moxy The Band released their debut album, Dream Feeling.

    On my radar this week:

    Action/Adventure: Imposter Syndrome
    Blinker The Star: Love Oblast
Centershift: A Different Shade Of Color
The Comfort: Experience Everything. Live And Die.
Fitz And The Tantrums: Let Yourself Free
    He Is Legend: Endless Hallway
    Jack Kays: Cessation (EP)
    Larkin Poe: Blood Harmony
    L.S. Dunes: Past Lives
    Seething Akira: Nozomi
Soul Blind: Feel It All Around
Young Culture: You Had To Be There

I'd like to talk about a band no one else here will probably talk about, and that's Centershift, which includes the vocalist of one of my favorite underrated and short-lived nu-metal bands of the 00s, Onesidezero, and has a sound that is very much in the same vein as that group. It makes me happy.

Nothing much for me this week, other than the new Jean Jean album. Highly recommend for anyone who likes dance-inspired electronic post-rock in the vein of 65daysofstatic or Vessels. Think this release will earn them a league of new fans.

I love this era of bands that sounded similar to Tool. Earshot and Acroma were a couple others I liked
