Between Chris Stapleton and John Moreland, this might be the best release day of the year so far. Both are going to be EOTY top 10 contenders for me.
Been looking forward to this one for awhile. Call me crazy, but I hear some Twentyone Pilots influence on a couple songs off of this album.
so many amazing things came out today, but if you are only going to listen to one recommendation of mine ever, please make it emperor x. best album of the year made by one of the greatest artists and best performers ever, it's a true masterpiece. i may sound hyperbolic but i'm not, he's an incredibly special artist and this is his most accessible record yet. if you like the hotelier but maybe a bit weirder you should listen to this Stream Emperor X Oversleepers International other things are cayetana, forest swords, atdi, perfume genius, slowdive, hoops, mac demarco, full of hell...what a week
