Pretty weak week. Been a minute since there was anything I saw worth adding to the library.

Edit: OMG Tokio Hotel has a single... couldn't believe that when I saw that.

Taking Back Sunday's remastered TAYF sounds great! Much less distortion in the guitar sounds and everything comes in clear and crisp. I think a lot of people will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of these new mixes.

I’m still hanging with that Cave In record from last week. So good.

Also, Beach Rats, featuring Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, Bad Religion), Ari Katz (Lifetime), Bryan Kienlen and Pete Steinkopf (The Bouncing Souls), released a new tune. So good.

This SKSK album is so strange. Two songs in and it doesn't even remotely feel like scary kids.

Always enjoy your recommendations, we have pretty much the same taste. Love your TJV avatar too, Wide Eyed is such a formative album for my tastes.

Really digging the new With The Punches EP, I love that era of pop punk and glad to see they're back. Next let's see that Fireworks album that was supposedly in the works, and get Polar Bear Club and Transit back together.
