If you enjoy No Use For a Name, Strung Out, Bad Religion, etc. I'd recommend St. Plaster's new album.

Nice! I’m glad I discovered these guys and hope they get some more attention! Catchy, riffy with a touch of political angst. Brings me back!

Didn’t know it was going to be a full album. They kept putting out these updated eps with one additional song. Thanks for the plug!

Quite a few for today from a lot of bands I'm "familiar with" so this should be a good exploratory couple of days.

    Bouquet - Feel in Color

I've enjoyed what I've heard from this expansive rock band in the past. This first listen is reminding me a bit of Waves by Moving Mountains, which is always a very welcome sound.

    jizue - Mer

I went to Japan a few weeks ago and crafted myself a playlist on instrumental / classical Japanese music to soundtrack the trip. jizue were one of the standout discoveries, with a jazzy math-rock sound that always stood out when they showed up on shuffle. This is great timing for me to pick up a new release from them.

(Other major discoveries were toe and Special Others, which are both incredible and right at the top of my must-see list for live acts)

Other ones I'll be checking out

    - Charmer - Downpour (Never ever listened to them, but see their name a lot around here)
    - Spanish Love Songs - No Joy Sessions
    - The Album Leaf - Lines in a Leaf
    - Emma Ruth Rundle - Music from the Bella Vista
    - St. Plaster - St. Plaster II (Sounds like my bag based off the similar artists from @Fox83)

I just realized the album isn't on Apple Music yet FWIW, only Spotify - I think the band is aware and working on it. I probably should have posted a single for people to casually check out before searching for the full album...

    • MSPAINT -- Weird, electronics infused post-hardcore. Wonderful & bursting with creativity.
    • Charmer -- Catchy, modern emo done well.
    • The Devil Wears Nada -- Insanely catchy AOR with some 80's-sounding synth.
    • ...And Oceans -- Great progressive, symphonic-lite, black metal
    • Witchrot -- Laid-back, gritty doom that can go thick & heavy, with vocals that can go from silky & seductive to howling.
    • Thus Spoke Zarathustra -- Quick & heavy deathcore.
