The new Say Anything songs are incredibly hard to listen to.

Max is soooooo edgy!

 

The lyrics are REALLY embarrassing. And the production is lacking. The mix in the new tracks just makes me anxious. Dude needs to throw in the towel. And judging from previous comments on this site, and looking up Max and Sherri’s insta, they don’t seem like the best parents. Also, the talking at the end of Psyche is beyond worrisome. I’m done with him.

I agree with Adam’s review on the Barely Civil record. “Better Now” is definitely my favorite song of the year so far, and may end up staying there.

so many elements of that song just hit, from the tempo, melodies, lyrics, and phrasing.
