Because of the country crossover, obviously.
Well I listened to the EP and I don’t disagree so well done haha. it was a good listen, thanks for the rec!
Neither could I. Went through the link on the post.
My friends in wlots (previously What's Left of the Sun) released their debut full lenght Sempre Più. Check it out if you like skramz!
I live in Seattle and saw him play the other day. Don't go into the new album expecting what you heard from that Macklemore single or the album it was on. New shit is dark and mostly just him and a guitar similar to his first album. From what I can gather, he hated that single and the Good Morning America performances and in general just didn't seem happy making that kind of music. The EP that followed and this album are much more singer/songwriter driven.
He is going through some SHIT though.
Admittedly hadn't heard of him before, though looking at Spotify's Fans Also Like list, I listen to nearly every band on it. I've got good first impressions listening to the new album though! He's also making me reflect on my reactions to face tattoos. I'd though I didn't have stigmas after so many years in the scene, but the number he has really made me double-take.
That makes sense. Listening to the new album was pleasant, in that I enjoy his melancholy based tunes.
Bummer to hear he’s going through some shit. Hope he makes it through with minimal damages.
Random, but I just won their grand prize package for pre saving the album on Spotify. Lol. Epiphone acoustic guitar, signed vinyl, and some Ernie Ball strings.
If you’re on iTunes it shows as an older album release date. It’s for a mark, a mission ...
