  2. It should be copied from there. I’ll check what went wrong. I added that one manually yesterday.

  3. Oh man. This is soooooo crazy for me to read. I disagree on almost every count, regarding the comparisons between IV and V. I earnestly believe that V is TDH's masterpiece. I know that IV and V were recorded together, but to my ears, the extra year between releases was spent giving an extra touch of magic to V: the music sounds lusher to me and the mixes seem slightly more in-the-pocket. But for me, what's so great about V is how it doesn't have any clear standouts, precisely because every song is so consistently great, as opposed to the more obvious standouts from IV (Night on the Town, Squeaky Wheel, Waves) which, at least to me, totally eclipse the more forgettable songs on IV (At the End of the Earth, Remembered, Ouroboros, etc.). I would agree that V is "hard to digest," but I'd contend that it's simply due to the overwhelming density of quality packed nonstop into those fifteen tracks.

All that said, I basically agree with everything you said about Antimai :P I really enjoyed my first listen this morning and look forward to spending more time with it.

We reach for the longest shadow

Yeah I think V rules, but I also think it has a standout in The Most Cursed of Hands. I lose it when that banjo kicks in and we get the Mustard Gas callback.

All The Stars and Boulevards Prestigious

Figured I'd drop our name in the hat, my band BigTime released our best song yet today. Got another one dropping next week. Recommended if you like RIYL.

Love everything BigTime has put out. Still keeping that older Bayside-type sound, love it. Had a few friends who were really digging it when I spun the track. Looking forward to more.

I think Jason has mentioned in the past that he pulls this info from Amazon but their data has (obviously) become increasingly unreliable. I think he now has to update any errors manually but given I don't think Chorus is his full-time gig at this point, I don't imagine he dedicates a ton of time to this particular part of the website (which must be a pain in the ass given how often releases get pushed).

Edit: whooops, just saw he about posted this above - haven't refreshed the page in a while!

Don't get me wrong, I do love Act 5!!! The Most Cursed of Hands is one of my favs of theirs. I guess i was just hoping for a different style / vibe. It tied all the Acts together nicely (e.g. The March). I think i just wanted something NEW. The Color Spectrum blew me away (still my favorite project by them; 36 songs; all good; in an extremely challenging and unique concept executed flawlessly IMO). Sometimes being in the right mindstate when an album comes out can make all the difference too. Really digging the new album.
