    Really like this!! Superheaven as a reference point is pretty spot on, not so much FYS imo. Soul Blind, trauma ray, Paerish some of my personal favs I’d consider close as well. The difference is in the vocals to me, and I’m digging what your friend’s band is bringing to the table.
