The Sinai Vessel album is amazing. Probably my first immediate EOTY list contender of 2017. Also going to add P.O.S., Migos, Cloud Nothings, and Japandroids as of now. Solid day. Looking forward to everyone's recommendations in the comments.

 

Toothless - The Pace of The Passing is worth a listen too! It's Bombay Bicycle Club's bassist's side project and it sounds like old BBC.

Julie Byrne and Japandroids are the other highlights for me today

They have a really beautiful post-metal sound and I loved their last one

 

Cloud Nothings is killer, will be checking out Sinai Vessel and Toothless sounds like it's worth a listen!

Cloud Nothings new album is great. Went to the album release show last night. Front runner for my AOTY

 

Cloud Nothings for me and catching up on Fifteen Years by The Early November which I have yet to check out completely.

 

All POS for me right now - need to get ready for his show here next week. But have enjoyed listening to Japandroids on NPR this past week, and liked what I heard from my first introduction to Sinai Vessel too.
