I know this is waaaay way out there, but my band released a remix of our latest single today and it's wild ... maybe some of you are into electronic stuff, too ... WARNING: This video may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.

So proud to see how far Michigander has come. I remember seeing Jason as the opener at local shows way back when. Then seeing him open up a rally for Bernie in MI. And now hearing and seeing him all over the place! The album is gorgeous and he deserves all this and more.
It's a prog-y epic-y kind of day! Dream Theater -- I'm not going to lie, I think that almost every album they put out is a 4/5, so I'm unreasonably biased about these dudes. Unreqvited -- Wow. A post-black metal one man band that leans more into straight up post-metal this time around, with beautiful orchestrations, singing, and epic songs that build expertly. Saor -- Scottish folk post-black metal. Dude is back to writing more expansive, atmospheric tunes. Jinjer -- Prog-y metalcore that can turn on a dime with great grooves, crushing heaviness, good melodies, and an incredibly dynamic vocalist. 16 -- Mid-tier sludge. It's fine. good if you just want to listen to some new music with some hooks and slow and heavy guitars. Obscura -- Is some of the music on this album stolen from ex-members? probably. It's a shame too, because this is some really good progressive tech-death.

New Matt Nathanson record is great. Just super sturdy, emotional songwriting. Also, a good friend of mine mixed and engineered this track, which I think a lot of people around here would love. Been playing it on repeat all day.
