Saw an Owen release for today, but unless Mike Kinsella recently started rapping in Spanish I think it might be wrong. For being super good at algorithms, I really wish Spotify could fix things like this. At least it makes me laugh sometimes

Only 2nd song into Badflower, and if it keeps up it already feels like an AOTY contender for me. Never really heard them before, but this is great so far.

 

I'm a huge The Early November fan so I will definitely be checking out Everyone Knows. Exciting to see Sergio doing his own thing.

Also, if anyone is a fan of Stones Throw Records, a guy by the name of Benny Sings released "City Pop" today. A lil chill 70s/80s inspired lo fi r&b.

If anyone is a fan of synth/trumpets/horn sections/r&b/hip hop, Brasstracks released their new EP Before We Go. Just went to their EP release show last night and if you ever get a chance, definitely see those guys live.

Agreed, this band is really interesting. Far more interesting than I'd have assumed based solely on 'Ghost,' which was played all over SiriusXM for months.
