One of the most interesting dudes in hip-hop with probably the most emotionally powerful hip hop song ever written (Book of Soul off of Control System). Cannot wait to give Herbert a spin.

Forgot this circa release was coming! There’s been no posting about it on social as far as I’ve seen. What a Christmas gift, pretending they’re not on indefinite hiatus for a minute.

I've already listened to that Circa Survive material in the EP form 100 times, but I'll throw it on again for sure. There's a batch of sad covers by Keaton Henson out today (called Keaton's Party Playlist), starting out pretty good with "The Middle". Otherwise not too much for me, I've listened to that The Smile live recording and I'm trying to catch up with stuff I'm not familiar with and people are putting on their lists

So, I place Drawing Black Lines in my top 10 records all time, and I know about the crazy shit between Andrew and the rest of the band, but that new single is insane…heaviest track I’ve ever heard them make.. anyone know if this was what Andrew wanted directionally?? I know he’s not the best dude by many accts, but if anyone knows more, please share.
