The new Neil Young record is an unreleased record from 1976, for those who have been turned off by his most recent output. For some reason it's not available in Apple Music yet.

Edit: Record isn't coming out until September. The single is great though.

The new Smallpools EP "The Science of Letting Go" is a fantastic 5-songer. Also, check out the Charity single for Tokyo Police Club on bandcamp, but act fast, as it's only available for 24-hours! The new Coldplay EP is...okay?

Not much doing today, but looking forward to finally listening to "Stormchasers" by Lucky Boys Confusion (CD dropped today, but has been available in other formats since April)

I don't believe that Neil Young album comes out until September 8.

 

If you like riffs and big hooks, check out Too Late The Hero's new album "Survivor's Guilt" which dropped today, their first full length in 6 years. Maine's finest! I've given it a few spins and am really digging it.

 

This is the first release day of the year with nothing for me to look forward to. If PVRIS hadn't gotten pushed back I would have had that, but I'm glad they pushed it back a little.
