I've been looking forward to new music from Feist for awhile, so excited to check her new album out.

I haven't been a huge fan of post-Demon Days Gorillaz, but I'll give Humanz a chance. Ditto for New Found Glory, didn't listen to Resurrection or Radiosurgery more than maybe a half a dozen times combined, but my affection for their releases before that is enough that I'll give whatever they put out a shot.

Also gonna check out the Sufjan Stevens live album. There aren't many live records I spend a significant amount of time with, but hey, this may be one.

And that's why you always leave a note.

Haven't been this stoked on an NFG record in years, probably since Coming Home. This record RULES. And Jordan sounds fantastic. Definitely helps wash the taste of that new FOB song out of my mouth....

Between this and After the Party, I see a lot of windows down/stereo up time in my car this summer.

  13. Looking forward to checking out the new Classic Crime album. Phoenix was great.

  14. Mew might be the only thing for me today.

Also, All That Remains is still a band???

  15. Wait, I thought we'd converted you into a Mew fan on Twitter that one day?!?! :crylaugh:

You mean the day you all kept me in the mentions for like 100 tweets worth of talk about a band that I've only heard one album from? Haha

I got prematurely excited...I swear that never happens. Looks like this is a compilation of stuff from 2014, with Caroline being the only new song. I'm still digging it though and it's new to MY ears, so that has to count right?

I still can't put anything ahead of After the Party yet, it'll probably remain my #1 all year. But this NFG record is some of their best stuff in a while...finally a complete album.
