Wild to chart his growth from In Transit to this. I said it in the other thread, but this is real good. Like his others, it'll sit with me for a while. Can't wait to have another listen this afternoon.

It’s fantastic. Got my vinyl preorder yesterday that I can’t wait to spin.

Also on record store day, he has a 10” being released that has two b-sides.

This album is a lot of fun. Muted Beatings is so good.

    Maybe so, maybe not.

AHJ's solo output is really underrated. Momentary Masters was his best yet and this is great too.

Anyone else listen to this yet? If you are a fan of The Strokes, you definitely need to check this out.

“Tea For Two” is incredible and one of my favorites on the album.

yes this is very good. i always liked his solo stuff more than the other guys, though the newest voidz record is very close.

All of their solo efforts have been interesting in different ways, but Albert has always been the most consistent and most enjoyable for me.

Randomly decided to check this out after discovering The Strokes (I was very late to the party with them) and I am loving it.

Been listening to this a good bit over the last couple of weeks and some really great stuff on here

I think Momentary Masters is his best but people loveeeeee Yours To Keep.

I've just started listening to Yours to Keep over the last couple of days and really enjoying that as well - haven't checked out Momentary MAsters but on the queue for sure

Decided to check out Momentary Masters on my train ride back home - I loved maybe 4 of the tracks but need some more time to digest it.

Really liking his solo stuff though

Yours To Keep and Como Te Llama will always be very special for me. Happy you're checking his discog out.

They all have different solo projects that are pretty good. CRX (Nick), Nickel Eye (Nikolai), Little Joy (Fab) and all Julian's stuff are all worth listening too. That Little Joy album is so chill, I really wish they would have kept at it.

Just checked out Como te Llama so I have now listened to all of AHJ's solo stuff. Can't decide on a favorite yet. May be between Francis Trouble or Yours to Keep but each album has some incredible stuff on it. I'm a big of fan for sure.

I've listened to the Voidz and I enjoy them but don't really hit me the same as the Strokes or AHJ albums. I need to listen to more of Julian's side projects.

I have not checked out any of the others either so I have a lot to get through haha

AHJ remains the greatest opening act I've ever seen. He opened for Phoenix many moons ago and blew the roof off the fuckin place. It was so good
