This was a lot more fun that I expected it to be. The actor that plays Jafar wasn't selling it for me though
Will Smith absolutely stole the show for me. I was ready to turn it off until he came in. It was a lot of fun after that. I also appreciated that they made Jasmin more of a character.
This is a property where I’d be very interested in a sequel. I like the cast and the production design, just get bored because it’s a movie I watched obsessively as a child redone. Telling a new original story within this universe sounds great! I’m sure it’ll have some parallels to “Return of Jafar”, hopefully not just a direct remake unless we actually get Jason Alexander back.
Mena is watching the movie on IG Live right now and talking through behind the scenes stuff for the one year anniversary.
close he's the devil make Lizzo one of the muses and have a corresponding Broadway run and I'll allow it
I don't think he has any background , him Tatum and Hemsworth are also all probably too old in addition to the can they sing dilemma
Realizing now that I thought Guy Ritchie and Guy Pearce were the same person “Ah yes, Guy Ritchie, the dude who played the bad guy in Iron Man 3 and also directed those British gangster movies”
