Finally watched this episode after having to wait due to (oldmanvoice)hurricurn.

End reveal was cool, and I wonder if Billy knew who he was the whole time and if this whole hex thing was a ruse.

Also wondering if there really is more to Agatha and if she really can't control her power theft.

Agh, I hate having to wait a whole other week for more!

 

I’m really interested to see how next week goes since Rio didn’t leave the house at the same time as the others

My fiance admitted to me the other day that she has spotified it in her car a few times lol

 

That transition from the teen into the Billie drop was so good. Banger of an episode followed by a banger of a song.

 

Didn’t notice this but I had seen someone point out that the aspect ratio changed when the trials started, so interesting that it didn’t in the last episode.

 

I don't know what's worse, this being a conspiracy or if it turns out to be accurate.

 

I don’t believe it was a trial. A) it would be weird to have Agatha’s be a mostly throwaway trial B) it didn’t behave like the others. They had to figure it out in the first 2, this one just told them what to do. C) Aspect Ratio.

My guess is this was the Salem 7 fucking with Agatha.

 

Or Wiccan.

 

They used the changing aspect ratios in WandaVision to let you know when things were reality or not so I wouldn’t be surprised if Jac Schaeffer decided to do the same here for the trials.

 

A tiktok pointed out that up until now after every trial the stairs went down except this time

 

Or Rio. Seeing as she’s the only one that didn’t exit with the others and the mention that “Death” was the one they were communing with via the Ouija board

 

I thought about that, but it sounded like she scoffed at the Death comment, unless she's just laughing at her own dumb joke.

 

Gonna spolier tag this just in case since some of the last episode was seemed to leave a few things open to interpretation.

Jac Schaeffer confirmed that it was Agatha's trial and they did pass

A fucking slam dunk of an episode. Getting to see Agatha in her crazy detective persona again was icing on the cake.

Having the whole coven show up randomly in Billy's life was a little on the nose, but it's interesting that Lilia put the hex on him. I wonder why?
