Yeah the ending got to me. The meta-ness to that song BMO sang was also really perfect. The bit with Gunther picking up the crown was amazing.

The finale was amazing! This might be my favriot show of all time, this and The Sopranos. Wish they could just keep going with Shermy and Beth.
Loved the finale. It had that epic, climactic feeling to it but still had plenty of absurd and random humor throughout. This series really is one of a kind.
I just wish we could have had a final 12 minute episode of Finn and Jake hanging out after all the plot stuff finished.
Shelby's "Check please" was the hardest I've laughed in a while. It felt like they were setting up Shermy and Beth as a potential spin off, but I found Shermy (assuming that's the smaller one) super annoying. I'd be full on down for trippy grey Alien that hung out with them tho
Shermy sucked, it was about the idea of cycles and seeing a matured Finn over years and years and then going back to the immature version is more about meaning than likability
