I actually signed up for the Patreon last week, it's certainly interesting. In true Ace fashion it's a lot of over-promising, then under-delivering lol. The promises quarterly EPs didn't really ever happen, but since it started there are 10 different downloadable songs so far. I'll be really happy if he can stick to this weekly release model he says

 

I agree, Ace always has plans to release a lot of stuff but doesn't deliver on all things he promises. Having said that, this dude has released a lot of material throughout the years and we're lucky he's been able to find ways to still make music and spend time with his family, aaand tour, considering the state of the music industry.

 

Yep. Every time I start to get annoyed that he isn't fully delivering, I remember how much he HAS released over the years and I get less angry. He is a machine, and it just so happens that his mind goes a million ways at once, sometimes dropping one thing for another. I love his music, so I am happy to support him and his family, any new music is icing on the cake

I'm not crazy about the EP ha, not really a direction I have ever wanted him to go in. I appreciate the desire to go outside his wheelhouse a little bit though
