The gall of booking a tour with venues of this size. I know nostalgia is big, but is it really so much that it will compensate for the fans they lost? This is the biggest tour they've ever done in terms of venue sizes, isn't it?

It also highlights the somewhat cynical approach to it all. Using charity shows as a way into their big payday. The gaps between that, the last shows, and this tour announcement is laughable, considering how much planning a tour of this size & scale requires.

 

A lot of Canadians protesting coming to the States for the show is hilarious and quite something when they still support this band.

I would say that anyone excited by the tour should be ashamed but I know that's beyond their comprehension.

 

And that nothing leaked about it. Yes, the rumors were always around but it seemed less concrete until the last six months.

But fuck, it proves nothing except he/they feel absolutley no remorse or sympathy for the victims. They lack empathy. Long Island assholes through and through and that's an understatement considering what he did.

 

Keeping an eye on who would willingly open for this band on tour in 2025. Ready to be disappointed.

 

Did they even have openers for the other dates? I expect to be disappointed but I also expect them to try and make as much money off this as possible.

half? of grouplove already is/did. summer rental or whatever that opened the 3 shows and i think the JL show is ben homola, dan gleason, and a couple of guys i've never heard of. those 2 in particular have some history with/former proximity to BN so i imagine it's probably them on the rest of the tour too.
