I kinda disagree, we highlight a lot of what is wrong with shit and it's refreshing to highlight what is right even if it's a bit of a sidetrack

This has literally already happened. Someone recommended ICE, who was the subject of the episode of Invisibilia about call outs that was posted for their lead singers history with calling men out and then being called out

Can anyone explain how much good it does to hold Cam from sorority noise to an open flame for something that happened 5 years ago that seemed to never even have been considered a clarified issue between him and the victim until Nicole broke the victim’s trust this month? What he did was gross and wrong of course. However, I’m curious as to if he’s stayed the same or changed since then and how this continues to unfold with the canceled final shows. Additionally, if Nicole or Sheridan will ever be transparent about their roles in actively sabotaging victims’ trust and privacy over and over again.

 

5 years is not a long time though? Regardless of how fucked up the way we found out was, we still know what we know.

Not to mention that more than one person has come forward now about abusive behavior by CB.

 

Plus, if he had never talked to the victim and wasn't aware of the issue before this how could he have grown from it in the past? There obviously hasn't been any kind of restorative justice, the people who have been on the other end of his abusive behavior don't seem to have had any kind of closure. I don't see why he should be held to a different standard.

yeah his initial statement said he denied saying he reached out to former partners for confirmation. So either that was a lie or he didn't think he did anything wrong in that situation described in the reddit post (in which, not to mention, the author said she talked to Cam about it, right?). idk if that shows any change

 

I read that post four times and still don't know what it's asking or trying to say.

I'm seeing a lot of people search for alternatives to promote since they've all collectively decided to "cancel" Ye or whatever and I see everyone getting hype over Young Thug stuff and it bums me out for a few reasons. He slapped a woman on tape and everyone forgot about it b/c the court threw it out. Then there's his threat to his ex fiance from October. I understand they're recently back together or whatever but dude threatened her life. Most recently, he shouted out XXX on Twitter.

It sucks because I was such a huge fan as well and still love a lot of his projects. I just don't want all of this to come bubbling back up when he releases something new and have everyone act like they just found out.

I’ve heard way too many conflicting things about that so I just avoided it completely.

Still wouldn’t choose to support Better Off though.
