I don’t think this necessarily belongs here, but I just saw a meme account with 5 million followers that seems mostly geared towards GenZ and isn’t affiliated in any way with pop punk/emo music or nostalgia post a meme with a Brand New reference in it. Extremely random to see that in the wild hah

This needs to be addressed ASAP. Done with Dan and Wolf Parade if I need to be. This one hurts but the stories of victims are more important than music I've loved for much of my life.

 

I said this is a nicer way before, but I find it absolutely ass-backwards that we have to give the site owned by Elon Musk clicks to view stuff in the ACCOUNTABILITY THREAD. Please can we start sharing screenshots/downloaded images from these posts.

 

As long as it’s around Twitter is going to be where people communicate about a lot of these things, including victims. Elon is killing Twitter by himself and it will die completely eventually, I don’t think sharing tweets in this forum or not will do much towards holding the richest person alive accountable for anything.

Nah it sucks having to support twitter whenever someone posts a link to it. They don’t load half the time anyway.

My lack of support won’t do anything to stop a predatory band but I’m still going to stop supporting and I’ll keep encouraging others to do the same. Same goes for twitter.

 

Yeah, to clarify my problem with this is that I would have to make an account in order to read/view virtually anything that gets posted here. It sucks.

I saw people were calling Keegan out (i.e. the posts below) and was confused until I realized Mo was going to be working with Camp Trash on their next album.
