Yeah this is blowing up on social media over here. A lot of disappointed fans.

I actually work in the town he is from and so he's pretty big news here. Lots of people I know looked up to him and that appears to have changed a lot in one night.

 

Yeah he needs to address this as soon as possible but I don't know if there's anything he can say or do to rectify the situation after fucking up that badly since it was bad and it happened in full view of a lot of people. That is not at all appropriate behaviour under any circumstances and ESPECIALLY not when you're at a fucking award ceremony. I don't see him coming back from it. It's fucking gross.

 

Why the big camera rigs all over the front of the crowd then? Not familiar with the NME awards

 

They get edited down to a highlights package. They aren't a big awards ceremony but there are usually a few stories like this most years. There was a problem with the brit awards a few years ago because they were happening in an afternoon and too much free alcohol was taken in so they got moved back to an evening awards show.

I've seen them consistently roasted for their music so apparently they think this is how they'll get people to care about them, but instead they'll just think they're shitbags.

At one point they shared a guitarist with Chiodos. That’s the only reason anyone ever paid attention to them in the beginning.

I almost saw this band open for Slipknot/Korn once. Glad I ended up not making it to the show.

I saw them play once at Mayhem Fest in 2014, they had the gun dudes, as well as strobe lights and fog machines going off at like 2 in the afternoon on a sunny day.
