Never know what's worth or not worth posting in here, but it appears Kanye is attempting another redemption arc as he said he was "done with antisemitism" on Twitter and seemingly turned back to Christianity. Lol.

 

The only thing that can redeem him at this point is if he goes on a killing spree starting with Nick Fuentes until he works his way up to Trump. And even then, I’d be like, “ehhhhhh I still don’t trust you but good riddance to those guys”

I think the most venomous of AI hawks (in the replies of that tweet) are being weirdos, but AI is dumb as hell and artistically bankrupt. I missed the hundredth stuff, but it was fun to catch up and see their producer double down and fill his diaper over it.

 

I feel like I vaguely remember there being a band called "Hundredth" but nothing about them. What was their AI drama?

Oh yeah, I listened to that band’s first album when it came out ‘cause I was in the mood for a specific kind of hardcore at the time. Completely forgot about that.

Kinda funny to me that a band that at least used to be “hardcore” is leaning into generative AI slop.

 

On the other side, I heard ‘68 tell a joke at their show last year that said

“Yeah, we are using AI: ACTUAL Intelligence” and I thought “we deserve the computers to take over”

 

Friend just texted me a screenshot that they're emailing folks that their Philly show at the Mann is “sold out,” but there are still over a hundred of verified resale tickets available on Ticketmaster across almost every section...?

Not sure how they’re defining “sold out,” but it’s definitely not lacking inventory. Make of that what you will.
