Blame people that still listen to him instead of Spotify. They honestly can't do shit at this point. If they were to completely remove his material, people would just buy/illegally download it and still give him sold out shows at 2,000-3,000 cap venues. In order for him to go down, the court has to get involved and people have to stop giving him attention.

 

Nah blame Spotify.

 

If anyone is to blame, it's major labels. You can beat someone all damn day, but if you still sell records and pack big venues, they'll just turn a blind eye to it.

the specific issue here is spotify promoting them on their playlists used to promote new music, which is used by millions of people to discover new shit. it is bad for spotify to promote him to people who haven't heard of him before because they will be ignorant to the shit he has done. the fact that you're deflecting blame from spotify right now is fucking insane

 

let's also not act like xxx is anywhere near the household name that chris brown or r kelly is and assume everyone in america knows about what he's done, he's a niche soundcloud artist kind of breaking out right now most people dont have a fucking clue who he is let alone what he's done
