Apparently Farrel's wife posted on Instagram and broke it down, she seems mostly on Navarro's side but said Farrel was mad because the band was playing too loudly at shows???

 

This is in the article I posted from Rolling Stone, but it definitely doesn't match the accounts of Farrell going on weird rants, mumbling lyrics, and his timing throwing off the others. Unless he was doing all that because the instruments were too loud? Something seems off.

 

By all fan accounts, Farrell has been getting ripshit on wine onstage throughout the tour and may have fallen completely off the wagon. Sad to see because this feels like it was last straw for anyone dealing with Perry. They need to just do their side project band and have him be humbled.

 

They should bring back The Panic Channel.

I was watching the full video and after when Perry got taken offstage, the rest of the band were thanking the crowd and throwing the drumsticks and guitar picks into the crowd so its obvious that they get along but most likely they had enough of Perry and as for Perry himself.. dude needs help and if he's complaining about the band being too loud then start an acoustic solo project like Robert Plant did after Led Zeppelin ended.

And there it is. I don't want to throw baseless rumors, but it seems very obvious his wife is enabling him by throwing the other members under the bus and not allowing him to be confronted on his behavior.

Whether that's just from the copious amounts of alcohol he's consuming onstage or something else, there's definitely something driving this behavior under the hood that he needs to be held accountable for.
