Had to double check if it was that guy but this girl I know dated him and he harassed and stalked her when they broke up. The singer that is.

Look, I joined this site in 2016-17 cause I wanted to hop in the 1975 threads. The pass that band gets for all the shit Matty Healy pulls in comparison to literally any other act is laughable. I LOVE this site, I've supported for a few years now and I have no plans to leave. It's just crazy and disheartening to see harmful defenses of shitty behavior when we have a whole thread like this dedicated to accountability.

He’s always said that though. Anyone is free to critique whatever he says under whatever guise he gives it, but there’s always been reason to not take what he says as what he literally believes or thinks (not a defense, not saying it makes anything he says or does more acceptable, but it goes a certain way I think in explaining why not everyone gets as riled by his words as others)
