you say that like it's a good thing, ignoring the part of the article that says Netanyahu won't agree to a ceasefire resolution that won't let his government take indefinite control of Palestine and impose emigration (i.e. displacement) upon its population. Israel won't accept a solution that doesn't given them control over Palestinians and their land, and they've made it abundantly clear that they don't want them there and will continue their genocide of the Palestinian people until they get their way.

You know, it didn’t really sink in for me until now the parallels between how America was formed and how Israel was formed. Both created at the hand of the British sending people to colonize a land and take it away from the indigenous people.

 

it's honestly embarrassing to double down on the Zionist rhetoric at this point. i think it's abundantly clear that everyone on this site advocating for an end to Israel's occupation of Palestine and their genocide of its citizens is opposed to antisemitism and violence, but they have no problem twisting people's words into thinking people don't care about the safety of Jewish people, and continue to equate anti-Zionism with antisemitism. they want to hear what they want to hear and nothing else. unless they just happen to get a thrill out of reframing people's critiques of Israel as a personal attack, it just doesn't make sense for them to keep posting expecting to change anyone's mind.
