Important to note this was dismissed purely on procedural grounds and no judge or jury opined on the allegations. To me this highlights how many hurdles there are to women who are brave enough to seek it receiving any kind of justice more than anything.
I was so excited to hear Rush Hour 4 was greenlit and then saw this. 'Rush Hour 4' From Brett Ratner Being Released By Paramount
It's so bizarre that a President can ask for a movie to be made and it happened. If only Obama had asked for a sixth season of The Wire.
I love Jackie's acting and the bromance of Chris and Jackie but I think Jackie is too old at this point.
Ratner's career was essentially over until he got the job making a Melania Trump documentary. Amazon paid 40 million dollars for it even though the next highest bid was 14 million. Melania Trump got 28 million from the deal. Just complete corruption and evil all around.

He is also a well known womanizer in the industry. Michelle Yeoh was calling him out on it back in the late 90s/early 2000s. Multiple infidelity stories. I know that's more of his own "personal" problems, but it's enough (along with his treatment towards his daughter) for me to dislike seeing him on screen. Just a big scumbag. His attitude towards Taiwan also sucks.
Yeah he's never had a relationship with that daughter because she was born from an affair with his partner
Spo’s case is further down the spectrum than I would’ve guessed, but not so far off from the norm that I find it baffling. It’s easy to insulate yourself by hanging out on a forum where people are preordering tickets and dissecting their theater piss habits every other week, but I honestly feel lucky if I run into someone in the wild who even knows what One Battle After Another is without having to be like “the one with the meme of Leo at a payphone”. I bet the average American visits a theater like 3 times a year tops
