    The loan guy our realtor has us hooked up with is pressuring us to put offers in on houses non-contingent on the sale of our current house. It is dumb as hell and definitely lowers what our price range could be. We’d have to dip into retirement and savings and take a loan out on our current house that we’d pay back with the sale of our house after it’s all settled. It does not make sense
