I don’t believe in ghosts because if they did exist, there would be so many that you would never get anything done.
Someone should make a thread for, idk, ghosts and spirituality and maybe aliens too? So we can continue talking about this outside of the accountability thread. Maybe we could call it the “unpopular superstitious opinions thread” or whatever.
I just found out Candace Cameron Bure is gonna be at Steel City Con. I should definitely pay $60 to make her sign something really spooky, right? Like an old can of Liquid Death.
If I met her, I'd only ask her questions about her two TV movies from 1996: "No One Would Tell" and "She Cried No", two after-school special type stories aired in primetime creating awareness about spousal abuse and date rape.
I’ve heard alien(s exist) and seen a ghost (on the dance floor). With that, I yield my time back to the thread’s intended purpose.
I believe they do a fall and a spring. They added Spacey either the day before or day of the spring one. Tim is referring to the upcoming fall one, I’d assume.
The Steel City Con happens three times a year. And, is pretty consistently well attended at each one? I’m not the biggest fan, but I end up going for free to help my brother with his booth selling cryptid shirts, so whatever. Kinda curious what the turnout will be like after that Kevin Spacey mess. But, this one has Jon Bernthal, multiple Full House people, etc., so I’m sure it’ll still be a hit.
I don't mind this thread getting derailed every now and then, given the weight of the subject matter it's usually so serious in here
"The Lord is always with you, just as he was surely in the Amazon with your mother when she was researching spiders right before she died."
David Walliams, of Little Britain/childrens author fame, is in trouble over apparently doing two nazi salutes on the set of Would I Lie To You. Which for those of us who know much more heinous shit about him, is a bit like when they got Al Capone for tax evasion.
I had never heard his name before so I looked him up, and the controversies section on his wiki page is so long, oh my god.
